1. Services Provided

proskillpath provides access to professional qualification improvement courses designed to enhance career skills and knowledge. Our offerings include live training sessions, recorded courses, and supplementary educational materials.

2. Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in a course, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Upon successful registration and payment, access to course materials will be granted for the duration specified at registration.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Courses and Educational Programs

We strive for complete satisfaction with our courses. If you find the course does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the enrollment date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

If you have accessed more than 20% of the content, refunds are not available, as access to digital educational materials constitutes significant usage.

3.2. Live Training Sessions

For live sessions, customers may request to reschedule their participation to another session date without additional fees if at least 48 hours notice is provided before the scheduled session. Refunds for live sessions are only available if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the session date. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event.

3.3. Product Bundles and Packages

Where courses are sold as bundles or packages, partial refunds are not available. Refunds will only be considered for the entire package within 7 days of purchase, subject to usage restrictions as outlined above.

4. Restrictions on Refunds

Certain courses designed for immediate delivery or certification preparation may not be eligible for refunds due to the nature of the content and access. These details will be explicitly noted on the course registration page. By enrolling in such courses, you acknowledge and accept the no-refund policy.

5. Course Transfers

Requests to transfer enrollment to a different course or session date may be accommodated, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the original course or session start date. Transfers do not guarantee refund or extra compensation but allow flexibility within our offerings.
